Expediting orders for our lucky customers means timely deliveries, attention to privacy preferences and service with a smile. All the seeds are sent from our warehouse is Spain. It is crucial that you provide us with a valid (real) delivery name and address, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the parcel willl be successfully delivered.

Please note that our Free Shipping service is temporarily unavailable for Sweden. UPS Standard Shipping and UPS Access Point are working as usual.

Free Delivery

Note: Standard Packaging and Stealth Packaging will take the same time to reach you. The only difference will be how discreet your parcel will look. Please note that free gifts like stickers, grinders and smoking papers will not be added to the order if stealth shipping is selected – as they do not fit inside the box. Only the free seeds will be added when using this packaging.

We are happy to ship our quality products to many countries around the world. Before ordering, we gently recommend confirming that your item selection(s) and your country are included in the shipping information. We have two shipping options at the moment:

It can happen that one or more products from your order are out of stock and sometimes we ship the available products first. If this happens you will be contacted and informed first.

When your order is shipped you will be notified by mail.

Delivery to a Work or Other Address

In no event shall the store owners, its parent, subsidiaries, or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, or agents be liable for direct, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or indirect damages (including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits), however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not this company has been advised of the possibility of any such damages. You agree that the company parties maximum liability arising from any product sold shall not exceed the price of such product. some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability for certain damages so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you to the extent such jurisdictions law is applicable to this agreement.

It is possible to have a different shipping address from your invoice address, select this option during the order process so we can ship the order to an address different to the invoice address provided such as a P.O. box or office

It is possible that we sent only part of the order because one or more products are not in stock, the rest will be shipped separately when the missing products are back in stock again. However, when this happens you will be always contacted/notified first.

We do our best to pack seeds so that they arrive perfectly intact. Unfortunately once an order ships we cannot control how the package gets treated. If your seeds are crushed please send us a photo of damaged seeds and we will send you replacements.

Payment within Europe take up to 48 hours to be processed. Outside of Europe it usually takes 3 to 4 business day.
Please be sure to pay all transaction fees and that we receive the full amount of your order, otherwise your order cannot be shipped out.

We accept prepaid credit cards if the card is open for international transactions. You can check to see if the card is open for international transactions by calling the credit card company; usually the helpline number is on the back of the card. Some prepaid credit cards will have it written for US use only. These cards are not open for international transactions, so we cannot charge them.

We put a lot of time and effort in testing our seeds to make sure that you receive nothing less than premium quality seeds. We guarantee a high germination rate if you follow our instructions in the Grow Guide posted on the website. If you still did not have a good germination rate after following the instructions then please send the ungerminated seeds back to us for testing. Once we have received the ungerminated seeds we will send you a replacement.

Please send us a message if it has not arrived after 31 business days. In your message include a confirmation of your shipping address so that we can check to see if it was shipped to the correct address. Once we have this we can proceed to help you.
