smoking marijuana seeds effects

Marijuana seeds have little to no THC and CBD content which are the chemical compounds in marijuana flowers and buds that are responsible for having a mind-altering effect on you and getting you buzzed. Additionally, cannabis seeds create sharp crackling and popping sounds when they are smoked, which contributes to an incredibly uncomfortable smoking session. Plus, smoking cannabis seeds and stems will be harsh on your lungs and irritate the body’s airways, even if you are a chronic smoker.

Just make sure that you have enough information about the seeds you are selling.

What to do with cannabis seeds?

So you’ve talked yourself out of the horrible idea of smoking cannabis seeds and now you’re wondering what to do with them?

If you have had these thoughts, then you are not alone! Most marijuana consumers at some point in their weed consumption journey start to wonder if it is safe to smoke cannabis seeds.

The long answer is that there is no good reason for you to smoke cannabis seeds unless you are looking forward to getting a headache afterwards.

For one, it’s rare but possible for marijuana plants to be hermaphrodites rather than just solely male or female. A hermaphrodite marijuana plant contains both reproductive organs from the male and female plants. However, whenever a hermaphrodite plant is discovered, it’s best to destroy it immediately and/or separate it from the female plants as soon as possible because it could ruin a perfectly good harvest.

Difference Between Male, Female, and Hermaphrodite Plants

Even if you have your mind made up and you want to grow your own plants from the marijuana seeds you found, you must make sure that you have the proper resources and nutrients the plant needs to grow to its full potential, including enough light, water, and space for it to grow. Also, you must make sure that you not only live in an area where marijuana is legal, but you also must get approval from a landlord/owner of an apartment building, condo, and/or townhouse if you live in any of these establishments before growing.

Furthermore, when the pollen that was produced from the male plant touches the white hairs on a female plant’s flower(s), it makes a seed, which shouldn’t be smoked unless you want to get a headache afterward. Unfortunately, marijuana seeds that are found on or within nugs could cause discomfort, which is the opposite of what many people use marijuana for.

At some point in your marijuana consumption journey, you may have purchased bud off the black market or from a street dealer who you may or may not have personally known. In those instances, it’s common for the marijuana nugs to contain seeds, which aren’t necessarily harmful, but they’re not the most medically beneficial either. Find out why seeds could be in your marijuana nugs and the effect it could have on you.

The potential for genetically mutated hermaphrodite plants to reproduce with quality strains is very high. So, it is very much ‘seek and destroy’ when a cultivator finds them in the greenhouse.

It’s cheap. Maybe you are thinking of just throwing it into the grinder and packing your bowl to see what happens? Well, unfortunately, when you incinerate seeds, you are changing the chemistry quite a lot. And while they can produce psychoactive and physiological effects (you will still get high), they can also produce some side-effects.

At the top of the discounted ‘flash sale’ status of the cannabis, you see a phrase that confuses the heck out of you. And it stands out like kind of a warning; “heavily seeded.” Unless you are a cannabis expert, you probably think seeds are no big deal. They are still natural, right? And they probably have the same amount of THC.

What Is Seeded Weed Good For?

If you live in a state that has legalized home-growing for personal use, you may be looking at those seeds and wondering if you should plant them? What would happen if you collected all the seeds and then tried to plant them?

The male cannabis plant is worth empathizing with. He tries hard but barely gets a date. The male cannabis plant typically has a thinner stalk and fewer leaves. But the male cannabis plant grows and produces valuable pollen taken by the wind or breeze to nearby female plants. (Cue the disco music). And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how marijuana buds are born.
