CBD [cannabidiol] oil is natural occurring and found in the flower and leaves of the cannabis plant [hemp plant]. CBD has a rich history in medicine for the use in pain relief going back thousands of years. ProShotCBD products are not marijuana. There is a misconception that medical marijuana is the same as CBD oil…. This is not true. Our CBD products contain zero THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) THC is the compound that many will refer to that gets you ‘stoned’. We have removed all THC so you only get the best CBD oil benefits. Ok that’s the basics, how do you benefit from it?

The truth is the big golf club and gadget manufactures don’t want you to know about the power of CBD because they want you believing the problem is in your equipment.
You’re a very smart golfer. You know golf is in the head and in the body. Your swing and your body versus the ball. That new ‘game improver’ driver isn’t going to swing itself to 300+ yards and stay straight, but you are.
1. CBD CAN RELIEVE PAIN – If your body is working at full efficiency how can you deliver the club face to the ball for those straight long shots? CBD Oil can help you drive and putt more consistently leaving the dropped shots for your playing partners.
2. CBD POTENTIALLY REDUCES ANXIETY – First tee nerves add, on average, 3 shots to a golfers final score. What about those long iron shots over water? CBD oil has the potential to help you focus on perfecting that tee shot or shot over water.
3. CBD MAY HELP REDUCE FATIGUE – Research suggests that the average golfer drops 4-5 shots in the last 4 holes of a 18 hole round. CBD oil might just be your secret weapon to stay energized till the last putt on the 18th green. Check out our CBD Gummies.
4. CBD MAY BENEFIT MUSCLE RECOVERY – Hitting those 300+ bombs with the driver requires your muscles to work on all cylinders. CBD oil could help your body to recover faster behind holes so that you are at 100% each driving hole.
Arthritis nearly caused me to give up the game I love for good. Thank the lord I discovered CBD Oil by mistake. Since using I no longer have wrist pain during or after rounds and I’ve got my buzz back. Plus i’m hitting over 280 yards consistently.
I was handed a dropper bottle of CBD Oil by a friend about 3 months back. I will admit I was totally skeptical, but 3 months and my golf game is back to where it was 10 years ago – 9 handicap.
Did Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson Take CBD at the Masters?
Tiger Woods’ victory at the Masters is a comeback story for the ages. After a series of scandals and losses, Tiger was back in perfect form at the 2019 Masters, securing a victory reminiscent of 20 years ago. Except for one minor detail: his gum-chewing habit.
Did Tiger Woods chew CBD gum at the Masters?
Tiger Woods raised eyebrows with his constant gum chewing during his legendary victory. While this isn’t the first time that he’s chewed gum while playing golf, it’s definitely the first time we’ve seen him chewing away like that from start to finish. Why?
“Well, I’m chomping on this gum because I usually get hungry, I keep eating so much,” Woods explained. “And it curbs my appetite a little bit, which is nice.”
While that explanation definitely makes sense, a lot of people are speculating that he may have been chewing CBD gum. Fans think that he may have been chewing CBD to help calm his nerves or possibly to reduce pain.
Was Phil Mickelson taking CBD oil at the Masters?
A number of golf fans spotted Phil Mickelson using a small dropper to put a few drops of an unidentified liquid in his mouth. He didn’t make a huge scene of it, but CBD fans immediately knew what they thought they saw.
Tinctures are one of the most common ways to use CBD. Tinctures come in a small glass bottle with a dropper that you use to place the liquid underneath your tongue, similar to what Mickelson was spotted doing during the Masters.
Like Woods, Mickelson still hasn’t confirmed that he’s using CBD. He normally discloses these kinds of things, especially if there’s a possibility of making money off of a sponsorship deal.
Is CBD oil a performance-enhancing drug?
The PGA Tour Anti-Doping Agency does not consider cannabidiol to be a performance-enhancing drug. The World Anti-Doping Agency, under which the tour models it’s own program, also does not consider CBD to be a performance-enhancing drug after removing it from their list of banned substances in September 2017.
While it’s not officially considered a performance-enhancing drug, people use it to reduce anxiety, pain, and other ailments. It’s obvious that staying calm under pressure would definitely make someone more likely to succeed in a high-stakes environment like the Masters. If we get any more details about Tiger and Phil’s possible CBD consumption we’ll definitely let you know. Who knows? Maybe they’ll start vaping like fellow pro golfer Kiradech Aphibarnrat.

After reviewing film of the Masters, a number of golf fans have been speculating Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson were both putting with a variant of cannabis in their systems at the Masters.
In Woods’ case, the theory is the gum he was constantly chewing at the tournament contained CBD (cannabidiol), which is extracted from hemp or marijuana plants but doesn’t get you high. “Fans think that he may have been chewing CBD to help calm his nerves or possibly to reduce pain,” Vapor Vanity writes.
“Well, I’m chomping on this gum because I usually get hungry, I keep eating so much,” Woods explained. “And it curbs my appetite a little bit, which is nice.” (If they gum actually did contain CBD, apparently it isn’t the munchies-causing variety.)
As for Mickelson — who says he chews gum to stimulate his frontal cortex — a number of fans speculated he was using CBD oil after he was caught on camera ingesting something from an eyedropper.
Whether they were or not, it is not against PGA Tour rules to do so, according to Golf Digest.
“CBD oil shouldn’t trigger a positive result on a drug test, which could get a professional in hot water with his or her tour,” the publication reports. “Users say CBD reduces inflammation, improves sleep and, yes, calms the nerves.”
As Golf Digest points out, Colorado-based CBD firm Functional Remedies has already signed Champions Tour player Scott McCarron as an endorser.
